Hello I need the address of a Mr Kevin Rees. The information I have is as follows - Name: Kevin Rees Wife's name: Caroline Jane Rees Mr Rees ran an investment advice company called Albany Hill (see albanyhill.co.uk) This was a trading name for Grange Consultancy Services Ltd, of which Mr Rees was a director until May 2025. He recommended an investment which lost all the money we put into it. He always presented himself as being in the same situation as us, since he had also invested money in it and had also not been paid the commission which he was owed. We went along with that until recently, so I need to contact him about that investment. His co-director at Grange Consultancy Services was a Mr Peter Kelly, who is now the sole director of the company, with address given as: 27 Knowsley Street, Bury, England, BL9 0ST Mr Rees and his wife are the 2 directors of GRANGE PROPERTY INVESTMENT AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES LTD The addresses given are: • 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX • Albany Hill, Gloucester House, 399 Silbury Boulevard, Central Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, MK9 2AH They appear to have been the owners of 7, CHELVESTON ROAD, RAUNDS, WELLINGBOROUGH, NN9 6DA since 2003, until they sold it for £450,000 on 22/1/2009 His mobile phone number is 07595-837760, which is registered to 'Albany Hill'. I emailed him in April this year, to the only email address I have which is kevinr@albanyhill.co.uk. He rang me a month or so later, telling me that he seldom picks up emails from that address any more. I asked for his address, but he wouldn’t give it to me and was generally evasive but, bizarrely, said that he might be coming our way in the Autumn and would drop in to see us!
