We are a 100% woman-owned business. We believe women have a distinct advantage in this field as few people expect a woman to be conducting investigations, especially those of a covert nature. If you are going to hire someone to follow a female or check on children most of our clients tell us they prefer female and third parties seem much less suspicious.

Surveillance is not simple or easy. Observing or following a person undetected takes planning, expertise, equipment and often manpower. Being women, our surveillance investigators (called surveillants) often join with other organisations to form a mixed gender team and we find this works well. There are places where men blend in better than women and vice versa.

Female surveillants can be suspected less due to the stereotyping many people have, and also from an awareness on personal safety perspective. For example, as a female, I have a heightened sense of awareness if a man is walking behind me no matter how far away – it’s inbuilt.
